Each of the 46 cabins boasts excellent features, with approximately 80% offering private balconies—ideal for savoring the beautiful Asian weather while cruising. The cabins each provide generous space of around 226 square feet.

The cruise also includes several amenities and facilities, such as the Mekong Restaurant, a sun deck bar, a library, and the Saigon Lounge. For relaxation, passengers can unwind at the wellness area, which features a mini spa, outdoor whirlpool, and beauty salon. Complimentary soft drinks, locally bottled water, local beer, tea, and filtered coffee are available along with meals throughout the trip.

Cruise Itinerary

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City

Check in for the cruise at Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel from 11:00 to 12:00. At 12:30 PM, transfer by motor coach to Saigon Port. Upon boarding the luxurious vessel, iced mineral water and cold towels will greet your arrival. Enjoy a buffet lunch at the Mekong Restaurant at 1:00 PM, followed by checking into your cabins. The captain will conduct port formalities from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A briefing will take place at 3:00 PM in the Saigon Lounge. Dinner will be served in the Mekong Restaurant at 7:30 PM, with live piano music from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Day 2: Cai Be Floating Market

A hearty breakfast will be served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Attend a seminar on Life on the Mekong River from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Lunch will be available from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by an excursion to Cai Be at 2:30 PM.

Explore the captivating canals on riverboats and engage with local vendors at floating markets before visiting a traditional candy-making factory and rice paper mills. Return to the boat by 5:00 PM. Enjoy a presentation of Mekong Folk Dances at 6:30 PM, followed by a cocktail and briefing at 7:15 PM. Dinner is served at 7:30 PM, with live piano music from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The night concludes with cruising to Sa Dec.

Day 3: Sa Dec - Tan Chau

Breakfast will be provided from 7:00 AM. At 8:30 AM, take a guided tour of the charming town of Sa Dec, known for its connections to the writer Marguerite Duras. Visit the old house of Huynh Thuy Le, which is now the Lovers Museum, along with local markets, the ancient Pagoda, and the Fujian Temple. The excursion concludes by 11:30 AM. At noon, cruise to Tan Chau with lunch served shortly after. Enjoy a session on the history of Vietnam from 12:30 PM onward. Cocktail hour and briefing will occur from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, followed by dinner at the restaurant from 7:30 PM. Piano music will be performed from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Day 4: Tan Chau - Cambodia

Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. At 8:30 AM, transfer to small boats to visit a floating fish farm and navigate through intricate waterways lined with quaint stilt houses. After exploring, make stops at traditional silk and rattan factories. Return to the boat by 11:30 AM for lunch at noon as you prepare for border crossing into Cambodia. From 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, enjoy a seminar on Indochina's history. By 5:00 PM, commence the second leg of the journey into Cambodia, heading toward Phnom Penh. Cocktail hour and briefing will be held at 6:30 PM, with dinner served at 7:30 PM. The evening concludes with piano music from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, marking the first night in Cambodia.

Day 5: Phnom Penh

Breakfast will be available from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM, with the city tour commencing at 8:30 AM. Explore the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, and the National Museum by motor coach. Return to the boat by noon for a revitalizing lunch. At 2:30 PM, visit the Killing Fields and the Tuol Sleng (S21) detention center, concluding the tour around 5:30 PM. Evening cocktail hour and briefing are from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, followed by dinner from 7:30 PM. Post-dinner, enjoy a special Khmer folk performance starting at 9:00 PM and ending at 10:00 PM, with piano entertainment from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Cruise the night towards Kampong Cham.

Day 6: Kampong Cham

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. At 9:00 AM, follow your guides to explore Wat Hanchey, a hilltop pagoda with stunning views of the Mekong. After returning to the boat by 11:45 AM, depart for Kampong Cham at noon. Enjoy lunch at 12:30 PM. Shore excursions will take place from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, where you will see the rich timber regions near Kampong Cham, including visits to the 12th-century Angkorian temple of Wat Nokor and Cheung Kok Eco Village. Cocktail hour and briefing will occur at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner from 7:30 PM. The evening features piano music from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM as the boat cruises towards Kampong Chhnang.

Day 7: Tonle Lake

Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. From 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, enjoy a delightful cruise through floating villages on Tonle Sap River. Moor along the banks to explore local markets and the community. Lunch is served at 12:30 PM. A lecture on Cambodia’s past and present will be held from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Farewell cocktail hour and briefing take place at 6:30 PM, followed by the farewell dinner from 7:30 PM. Live piano music will conclude the evening from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Day 8: Siem Reap - Disembark

Enjoy breakfast onboard from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. By 9:00 AM, arrive in Siem Reap. Say goodbye to the crew and guides before disembarking at around 9:00 AM. At 9:30 AM, board motor boats for a transfer to the local jetty, approximately 5 to 6 km from the center of the lake. Finally, transfer to a motor coach to Le Meridien Angkor Hotel at 10:30 AM.
