It is not an exaggeration to assert that Moc Chau is a central hub for Son La and the tourism of Northwestern Vietnam. Among the many unique features of this highland region, the most valuable asset is its climate. Moc Chau enjoys an annual average temperature of around 20°C and a milder winter compared to other areas in the region, making it an attractive destination year-round.
