Along with Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Ton That Thuyet Street and Doan Van Bo Street, Ben van Don Street is one of the four main streets in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. It is 2.5 kilometers long, running from the junction with Khanh Hoi Bridge to Nguyen Kieu Bridge. The street is being upgraded and expanded. This plan is estimated to finish in 2012. At that time, the street will have 25-meter width, including street sides.

Located at 360D Ben Van Don Street, adjacent to Nguyen Van Cu Bridge, only ten-minute drive from Ben Thanh Market, Riverside Palace is the ideal place for professional conferences, wedding parties and memorable events. Built on a large area of 5000 square meters next to the river bank, Riverside Palace highlights the street with a luxurious and extraordinarily attractive appearance. It has a windy atmosphere and an elegant luxurious vast space in European style with soaring arches, lobby adorned with marble columns and crystal chandeliers and the paths full of blooming flowers. Riverside Palace is divided into four large banquet halls and a restaurant section named Yacht. The main hall is suitable for fashion shows or product introduction shows. The Yacht Restaurant with a courteous, subtle but cozy atmosphere and diverse cuisine is a place where you can experience a lunch with business partners or a romantic evening of love.
