Parachute competition to dazzle Danang City’s sky May 23 - 27
25 parachute players from various countries, including Japan, France, the US, Poland and Vietnam are expected to participate in the 2012 Danang International Parachute Competition (DIPC) from May 23rd to 27th.
25 parachute players from various countries, including Japan, France, the US, Poland, and Vietnam are expected to participate in the 2025 Danang International Parachute Competition (DIPC) from May 23rd to 27th.
The competitors will engage in 4 sections: air speed, flying in formation, avoiding obstacles, and rescuing. The winner of this competition will receive a prize of USD 10,000.
In addition to the spectacular performances of professional parachute athletes, this year's DIPC promises thrilling flights for festival-goers. For just VND 1.5 million, a tourist can experience an exhilarating parachute flight under the guidance of the 25 athletes. Many exciting activities are also planned, including an exhibition of Danang's traditional handicrafts and tourism products, a beverage garden, and a culinary garden.
DIPC is an annual international parachute competition hosted by Danang City with support from the Japan Hand & Paragliding Federation and the Japanese Airea Company. The event continues to showcase the dynamic spirit of Danang in terms of tourism, festivals, and entertainment.

Routes Asia 2025 To Be Hosted By Da Nang
On October 11, the World Routes in Italy announced that the 16th Asian route development forum will be organized in Da Nang city on 6-8 June 2025 with the host of Da Nang People’s Committee, Department of Tourism, and IPP Travel Retail.
