Iron Bank – Cocktail Vault is brand-new but is strongly inspired by the 1920s retro style. Old rough brick walls and a list of classical award-winning cocktails hint at the past life. Jaw-dropping views of the whole bar and busy bartenders can especially be seen from the mezzanine fitted with chairs. Take a seat at one of the communal wooden tables and examine the impressive collection of cocktails at the well-stocked bar. Guests with a predilection for decadence should pick Queen of Decadence or The Smokey Banter from the ‘new money’ menu. Meanwhile, the ‘old money’ menu consists of drinks in the Old Fashioned and Cosmopolitan style. If you’re feeling peckish, feast on steak tartare, salmon crostini, or Sriracha.
