Central Market underground commercial mall in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City is full of bustle. This is considered as the second Ben Thanh market but is the first place designed with the unique underground model. This shopping mall, welcomes customers from 10am to 22:30 pm, is the combination of traditional and modern markets which owns an impressive highlight and meets the shopping and entertainment needs of not only domestic customers, but also international tourists.

Shopping

The shopping mall located underground is called Taka Plaza shopping mall with more than 400 large and small stalls, providing items such as clothes, souvenirs, shoes, bags.

Taka Plaza shopping area is nearly 2,000 square meters providing diverse goods at the right prices. Convenience store Co.op Food and other stalls are always ready to serve customers. The center also has a system of convenience stores that will serve the shopping and exchange needs of a large number of foreign tourists in this area.

Dining

The food court is named Asiana Food Town. With the idea of combining tradition and modernity, the food court is beautifully decorated, reminiscent of an old Asian street food vibe. There are nearly 100 stores here, selling various dishes from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Japan, Singapore, India,.. and more than 300 seats for customers to enjoy the dishes.

This unique market is always open to visitors from 10am to 22pm, a very convenient and appropriate time frame that can be easily visited. The customer service here is always above all the "plus point", which is a very wonderful feature of this market's serving style.

Other amenities

Sen Hong cultural performances: On the ground floor, cultural performances performed by Vietnamese children on Sen Hong stage are regularly held on weekends. This is also considered a special feature of Saigon Central Market, bringing Vietnamese cultural value to foreign tourists and surely be the artistic activities that visitors could not want to miss.
