Bloom, affiliated with the charity Aid to Children without Parents, continues to be a vibrant restaurant and vocational training center for underprivileged children. Its name, Bloom, embodies the spirit of resilience and hope, symbolizing that love can transcend adversity.

The cozy establishment offers a delightful blend of Vietnamese and Western cuisine, with dishes meticulously prepared from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Signature items such as fig salad, fresh spring rolls, and baked vegetables in cream sauce are highly recommended. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, featuring hot coffee, homemade cakes, and delicious noodle dishes. Lunch and dinner are served on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The private dining room on the 3rd floor can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or small celebrations.

While the staff's English proficiency may be limited, they are exceptionally warm, attentive, and eager to assist. For guests staying nearby, they offer complimentary delivery service.

The prices remain quite reasonable, with cakes ranging from VND 5,000 to 30,000, dishes priced between VND 30,000 and 80,000, glasses of wine from VND 30,000 to 90,000, and other beverages costing between VND 15,000 and 50,000.

Directions:

From Hue Railway Station, head straight to Le Loi Street. Take the 1st right onto Nguyen Cong Tru Street, and you will find the restaurant at number 14.
