Pham Hung Street stretches 4.1 km, linking the intersection of Pham Van Dong and Xuan Thuy Street to Tran Duy Hung Road. It is named after Pham Hung, who served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam from 1987 to 1988.

Pham Hung Street is recognized as one of the most modern thoroughfares and serves as a major administrative and economic hub in Hanoi. A key landmark on this road is the National Convention Center, one of the largest exposition centers in Vietnam. This facility, constructed between 2004 and 2006, boasts a floor area of 65,000 square meters. The architectural concept, inspired by the waves of the East Sea, was designed by German architects Von Gerkar and Nikolaus Goetze. The center includes two main convention halls with a total capacity of 3,800 seats and is equipped to host both local and international events.

Adjacent to the National Convention Center is the Hanoi Museum, inaugurated in October 2010 as part of the celebrations for the 1,000th anniversary of Hanoi. Spanning 30,000 square meters and rising to a height of 30.7 meters, this museum is designed in the shape of an inverted pyramid, featuring four stories and two basements. It is widely regarded as one of the most impressive museums in Vietnam.

Located along the route from the Thang Long Bridge towards Big C is Eresson Beer Restaurant, a traditional German-style establishment. With a spacious area, bright atmosphere, European architectural aesthetics, and a stage for live musical performances, Eresson is the perfect venue for intimate gatherings as well as larger events.

Directly opposite Pham Hung Street, just 200 meters from the National Convention Center, is the CEO Tower. This property occupies an area of 20,000 square meters and features 27 floors along with two basements, providing 20,000 square meters of modern office space and a commercial center.
