Nguyen Phong Sac Street is 1.2 kilometers long, extending from Hoang Quoc Viet Street to the intersection of Cau Giay and Xuan Thuy. It is situated in Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District. The street was named in 1990 in honor of Nguyen Phong Sac, who established a party cell for The Revolutionary Youth League of Vietnam, the first true Marxist organization in Indochina.
