Nguyen Khanh Toan Street is 1.4 kilometers long, extending from Dich Vong Bridge to Nguyen Van Huyen Road, adjacent to Nghia Do Lake and Tran Dang Ninh Street. Previously part of Tu Liem District, it is now officially located in Nghia Do Ward, Cau Giay District.


It was named in honor of Professor and Scientist Nguyen Khanh Toan, whose significant contributions to education and social sciences in Vietnam spanned from the August Revolution in 1945 until his passing in 1982. He was posthumously awarded the Ho Chi Minh Prize in 1996 for his invaluable impact.
