Cruise safety in Ha Long reported enhanced

BBC television has just published the result of its examination on the safety of cruises in Ha Long Bay via a short documentary broadcasted on its channel. Based on the result, BBC believes that comparing to 2011 the safety of Ha Long cruises has been enhanced significantly.

The channel reports that one of the most apparent evidence to show this is that the local government has re-tested the safety of these cruises and banned firms from making new wooden ships. All new ships are only approved if made from metal and equipped adequate rescuing items.

The appearance of foreign experts is also another proof to demonstrate effort of local firms to improve the safety on each ship.
