International tourism expo in Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will host an international tourism fair targeting foreign tourist companies at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre from September 13 to 15.

The expo organizer will work with aviation companies to invite 120 travel agents from countries with strong tourism links to Vietnam such as Russia, China, India, US, North and South Europe and Turkey. Travel agents from regional countries like Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and the home country Vietnam are also invited to participate in this informative and interacting event.

During the exposition, a tourism conference will also be held, bringing together the mayors of Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Vientiane (Laos), Yangon (Myanmar), Bangkok (Thailand), Kunming (Yunnan-China), Jeju and Busan (South Korea).

The conference will be within the framework of a tourism cooperation program in the Greater Mekong subregion.
