Irresistible with the 2nd Bread Festival

Contributing to the bustle of the festival is the appearance of approximately 150 booths, including famous bread brands with over 50 years of experience in restaurants, bakeries, and suppliers of ingredients. 

Compared to last year's event, this year's event had a welcoming gate made of bread and meticulously crafted in dragon shape. This special mascot symbolizes the aspirations of Vietnamese bread to reach new heights. More than that, the fairytale garden space will be recreated with bread-made animals and traditional folk games aimed at bringing immersive and enjoyable experiences for children. 

The highlight of the festival is the space where 150 chefs will set a record by showcasing 150 dishes served with bread on a giant bread model. These dishes represent the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine, using local ingredients from across the country. 

In addition to the exhibition activities, there will be specialized workshops on "Vietnamese Bread in World Tourism and Cuisine." The workshops will focus on introducing the uniqueness of Vietnamese bread compared to other types of bread worldwide. 

So proud of the country with diverse cuisine options, Vietnamese bread ranks in the top 4 on the bread map all around the world.
