VietJet intends to challenge international aviation market

Information from VietJet Air reveals that the airline intends to double its fleet to six planes by the end of 2012. This is considered the next step of this aviation corporation on attracting customers and increasing the diversity of its route. Also, this might be an immediate response to massive increase in the number of passengers travelling by air in 2011.

Beside establishing and stabilizing domestic market, VietJet is planning to assault international aviation market which is currently dominated by state-owned Vietnam Airlines. This new plan is expected to be initiated in the third quarter of 2012 when the economy is predicted to step out of recession. If implemented, customers are more beneficial in term of service and price as the aviation market would be more competitive.
