Hue City officially announced ticket fare for Hue Festival 2012

People Committee of Hue City has just officially published ticket price for main show of Hue Festival 2012 as well as additional art programs of this event.

Ticket prices for the opening and the ending ceremony, as well as Ao Dai Festival (Vietnam traditional dress festival) are charged at VND 150,000 (around US$7.2) per person, while traditional performing shows at Imperial Citadel and An Dinh Palace require the fare of VND 60,000 (US$ 2.8) and VND 30,000 (US$1.4) respectively. 
 
Entrance fee to main shows of the festival, the Imperial Night, costs the largest sum of money at VND 600,000 (US$28). If travelers go with three-night tour (not attending imperial meal), the price is charged at VND 150,000 (US$7.2) per ticket.
 
This fare policy is considered as reasonable to both international and domestic travelers, so it is expected to attract a considerable number of visitors to this special cultural event of charming Hue City.
 
 
Main show of Hue Festival is projected to have maximum fare of VND 600,000
 
Hue Festival this year is projected to last a week, from April 7 to 15 with participation of numerous art performers in Vietnam and 29 nations all over the world. This year festival follows the main theme of “Cultural heritage and development – a meeting of historical cities” which concentrates on traditional value of Hue City along time, as well as the changing of the city during history.
