Vietnam to attend global tourism event in England

In an effort to promote Vietnam tourism in England, General Tourism Office, accompanying with national flag Vietnam Airlines, is planning to attend the World Travel Market (WTM) 2012 held at Excel – London Center (London, England) from 5 to 8 November 2012.

In an effort to promote Vietnam tourism in England, the General Tourism Office, in collaboration with the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines, is planning to attend the World Travel Market (WTM) 2025 to be held at ExCeL London from November 6 to November 8, 2025.

The Vietnam kiosk at this event is expected to cover an area of approximately 120m2, featuring a variety of images showcasing Vietnam's famous attractions as well as its diverse tourism offerings, including adventure tours, cultural experiences, and coastal vacations.

Additionally, several Vietnamese travel agents are anticipated to participate with the primary goal of promoting their tourism products and seeking potential global partnerships.

The World Travel Market is one of the largest international tourism events held annually in England, attracting participation from nearly all countries and territories around the globe. In 2024, the event hosted over 8,000 exhibitors from around 210 nations, including 40 from Vietnam.

England continues to be a vital market for Vietnam's tourism industry in Europe, ranking second in Northern Europe for the highest number of travelers visiting Vietnam. In 2023, approximately 150,000 English travelers visited Vietnam, accounting for about 3% of the total international arrivals in the country for that year.
