It can be said that Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) is the pioneer who brought high quality studying with international standard to Vietnam. This campus was opened in 2000 as a branch of RMIT Australia, one of reputable universities in Melbourne. From the beginning to today, RMIT Vietnam has developed rapidly to pursue general standard of RMIT in Melbourne, as well as create an advanced studying environment where students are able to perform their best and adopt new knowledge in fastest and most sufficient way. That makes this university an ideal location for “domestic-studying oversea” with identical quality but much less cost.

RMIT Vietnam possesses infrastructure that many universities in Vietnam always desire, including modern lecture rooms, large library and studying zones with diverse information sources, modern sport courts, standardized dormitories and other high class services which support significantly in quality and convenience of learning at this place. It is estimated that there are more than 5,000 students, not only Vietnamese students but also international students, are studying English, undergraduate and postgraduate program in RMIT Vietnam. However, there are only limited courses to consider at present in RMIT Vietnam, mostly focused on economy and media like Accounting, Commerce, Design and Multimedia.
