Option 2: You can also apply online to get the visa-on-arrival to Vietnam. The time to process you application is lower to roughly 1-2 workings days (4-8 hours in the emergent case), and the fee is cheaper with only 35-50 USD (including 25 USD for the stamping fee at the Vietnam airports).
