Une Journee a Paris is a wonderful little patisserie/restaurant conveniently located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City which is only half a block from Ben Thanh Market and adjacent to Lavender Hotel. The place is not overly fancy but just a nice break from the bustling of the city center. It features quite an assortment of fantastic pastries which would nicely replace your daily hotel breakfast. A recommended set for morning would be a scrumptious coffee-flavored religieuse and a chocolate cacaron; a salad and baguette sandwiches would be really nice also. The staffs here who speak both English and French are incredibly friendly and the French owner seems to be extremely amiable.
