Spices Garden is another upmarket restaurants located inside the renowned Sofitel Metropole Hanoi which specializes Vietnamese cuisine.

There is nothing to complain about the view of this world-class hotel and its restaurants, Spices garden is definitely not out of them with lush gardens courtyard and swimming pool. Dinner at Spices Garden offers gourmets unique experience with cutting edge décor, candy colors and new veranda and subtle classic music.

Chefs of the restaurants are Madam Van and Madam Kim Hai who have been working at Metropole kitchen for decades and are experts on Vietnamese gastronomy with authentic foods of the country like Pho; Hanoi nems and spring rolls from the north, prawns with lemongrass from the Hué region, Saigon chicken, plus an infinite variety of ways of preparing beef including a recipe formerly used for cooking tiger meat.
