The chain of Au Lac Do Brazil Steak is one of the earliest restaurants in Vietnam offering catering buffet. First appeared in Saigon, the restaurants soon became successful then enlarge its business by opening one more restaurant in Hanoi and one in Sai Gon.

Au Lac Do II is the name of Hanoi branch, located on Cao Ba Quat Street. There, the most famous buffet menu is called Churrasco – a Spanish word meaning barbecue would deliver foodies unique experiences. Bartenders will go around with a big hot bar of grilled pork, beef or sheep for customers to choose. A variety of salads and others delicious dishes will be brought to your table at any call as well. Drinks of the restaurant are also special since they are all Latin American origin.

Churrasco buffet for lunch has 5 fillets dishes while that for dinners reaches 12. Prices are US$10 and $20 respectively.
