Holi Festival held by Ho Chi Minh based Indian Business Chamber in Vietnam (INCHAM) at RMIT University, District 7, is coming up this Saturday, March 3rd, 2012.  

 
As planned, the celebration entitled “May your world be a garden of vibrant colors” begins at 9:00 am and last till 2:00 pm. The jubilant festival offers free flow of drinks, Indian food, and lots of dances and games. 
 
Originated as spring festival of Indian Hindus, the festival celebrated on the full moon day of the month of Phagun is one of the major festivals of Indian, being highly awaited in Nepal and Pakistan. This is the day people give each other best wishes, share special food and have fun together by splashing water colors. 
 
The upcoming event is one of rare Indian cultural events held in HCMC. This is a should-not-miss-out for anyone who is interested in Indian culture, or just simply looking for fun and excitement in spring time. 
 
 
Indians enjoy Holi Festival very much
 
Entrance free for members of INCHAM and Indian community. For others, ticket is priced at VND 300,000/adult, and VND 130,000/kid (between 8 and 12).
