Japanese and Vietnamese multimedia dance on human struggle

A multi-media dance performance will come up on 15th and 16th September 2011 at Le Thanh Theater, 25 Phan Phu Tien, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

A multi-media dance/theatre project named “A flower” & “Chronicles of a soundless dream” performed by Mikuni Yanaihara & Keisuke Takahashi (Off-Nibroll, Japan) and Tiffany Chung (Vietnam/USA) will be presented to the Vietnamese audiences on 15th and 16th September 2011 at Le Thanh Theater, 25 Phan Phu Tien, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

After the previous successful collaboration supported by Art Matters New York and Fukagawa Tokyo ModanKan Gallery in early 2011, the three artists take the advantages of the victory to carry out this promisingly innovative performance in Vietnam.

This cooperation between The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and Arabesque Dance Company, featuring the human struggle, endurance, life and death is expected to bring about a fresh wind to Vietnam contemporary dance, which is starving for innovation in art.

Free tickets are available at Galerie Quynh, 65 De Tham, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City from Wednesday 7 September 2011.
