International Jewelry Fair Commences in HCMC this Thursday
From November 10-14, Phu Tho indoors stadium (01 Lu Gia Street) of Ho Chi Minh City will be hosting a grand international jewelry exhibition fair. The fair is expected to showcase the latest creative jewelry work of domestic and international craftsmen.
So far 100 enterprises have registered to participate in the fair, displaying work from countries and regions worldwide such as Italy, India, Japan, Turkey, South Korea and the US.
Since 1992, it has been a much-expecting annual event among those interested in gems and jewelries. The fair not only acts as an art exhibition to the public but also a venue where jewelry business and artists exchange ideas, share technology and probably sign new contracts.
The event is organized by the famous Saigon Jewelry Holding Company (SJC). A state-owned and holding company, SJC has built its prestige as a leading gem and jewelry business in Vietnam, with 6 subsidiary companies, 15 joined venture, 2 provincial branches, 5 and 70 retailing shops all over Vietnam.
