Go! Go! Japan rock night to warm up Hanoi this December

Go! Go! Japan rock night with participation of renowned Japanese rockers and young Vietnamese rock bands is taking place at Hanoi National Exhibition Centre, 148 Giang Vo street, Hanoi on December 3rd, 2011.

This event is co-organized by the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and Club for Art and Music Appreciation (CAMA), to express the rejuvenation of Japan after the March 11th disaster and celebrate the on-going solidarity between Japan and Vietnam.

Besides Okamoto’s and Molice, two young and Japan preferred rock bands, who joined in CAMA Festival 2010, 2011 held in Hanoi, the first participation of Electric Eel Shock, a rock band that has spent over a decade touring and playing across Europe and America is promised to bring about magic.

The show also features performance of two energetic Vietnamese rock bands including Ngu Cung, the quintet that has been well-known for its progressive rock mixed with Vietnamese folk music; and Rosewood, one of the top Vietnamese rock bands playing alternative rock.

The event is promised to bring about rebellious performances and breath-taking moments for rock fans. Tickets are available from Nov. 18th at Japan Foundation at 27 Quang Trung street, Highway 4 Restaurant at 3 Hang Tre, Al Fresco Restaurant at 19 Nha Tho street.

Japanese music festivals organized in Vietnam for recent years such as CAMA Festival 2010, 2011 and Vietnam-Japan Music Festival 2008, 2011 draw a lot of attention from young Vietnamese audience, who are sometimes crazy about Japan culture.
