German Festival is coming to town (Hanoi)
On 6 November 2011, from 9 am to 4 pm, German Fest will be held at the Vietnamese-German Centre inside the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) campus by German Embassy in Hanoi, in association with Goethe Institute, German Exchange Service and German School Abroad
On 6 November 2011, from 9 am to 4 pm, German Fest will be held at the Vietnamese-German Centre inside the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) campus by German Embassy in Hanoi, in association with Goethe Institute, German Exchange Service and German School Abroad. The event is a gold chance for visitors to enjoy German culture in Vietnam and meet friends having same interest in Germany.
Besides German trial lessons lectured by native teachers, quiz shows, games and competition with attractive prizes, free German foods and drink are considered the best part of the Fest.
Another important part of German Fest is Science Slam – a very popular conference in Germany now appears in Hanoi. The event is organized by the German Academic Exchange Service for young scientists to present their scientific projects. Those presentations are marked based on how creative and enlightening they are delivered to audiences. The winner will be awarded a Dell Laptop (Vostro 1014) from the organizer.
German Fest is one of many friendly culture programs German carries out in Vietnam every year. Events such as German Year in Vietnam 2010, German Film Festival, German Fashion Show, Musical Concert Halls and German Beer Festival are highly appreciated by young Vietnamese and foreigners living in Vietnam.
