Da Nang to host international paramotor competition

 

Accordingly, 50 – 70 athletes from 8 paramotor fleets from Japan, Korea, China, Spain, France, Great Britain, Argentina, and The US will participate in this event.

 

The competition is divided into 4 parts: point counting flying, speed flying, formation flying and rescue flying. The privately funded budget spending on the contest is estimated to be around VND 14 billion.

 

Da Nang is seeking for paramotor athletes who owns international certificate to found a paramotor team that will be the representative of Vietnam. Besides the principal activity, other diverse culture and tourism features such as country market fair, embroidering art and Hoi An lantern will be introduced to audiences. 

 

This is the first time Da Nang hosts an international paramotor event. The city has been experiencing a busy year with an abundant amount of visitors and international recognition. My Khe, the most renowned beach of Da Nang has been listed as one of the six most attractive beaches on the planet.
